How to Manage Your Songs in Our Dashboard: A Step-by-Step Guide

Our dashboard is designed to streamline the playlist submission process and give your music the best chance of being placed. Here’s everything you need to know about managing your songs and how our placement algorithm works.

1. Adding Your Songs to the Dashboard

All your tracks are conveniently listed in the “Songs” tab of the dashboard. From here, you can toggle songs on or off depending on which ones you’d like us to submit for playlist placements. Only the songs that are toggled “on” will be considered for submissions.

2. How Placements Work

You can expect 1 to 3 songs to be accepted per month. When a song is accepted, we position it at spot 11 on the playlist to ensure maximum visibility and exposure during its prime time.

Over time, as songs move lower in the playlist rankings, they will eventually be removed at position 100, which is the maximum capacity for our playlists. This allows us to continuously refresh our playlists and maintain their relevance.

3. Weekly Submission Process

Our submission process is not static. Every week, we review and resubmit eligible tracks. This ensures your music has a recurring opportunity to be placed in top playlists, maximising its chances of being heard by new audiences.

4. Our Advanced Placement Algorithm

Behind the scenes, we use a sophisticated algorithm to determine the best matches for playlist placements. This algorithm evaluates a variety of factors, including:

Song quality

Genre compatibility

Audio decibel levels

Track structure

Language of the lyrics

By analysing these elements, we ensure that your music is paired with the most relevant playlists, giving it the highest chance of success.

Final Thoughts

With our system, managing your tracks is simple, efficient, and designed to deliver results. By toggling on your best songs and letting our algorithm handle the heavy lifting, you can focus on creating music while we take care of the rest. Stay consistent, and watch your music gain the exposure it deserves!
