Before you can start receiving submissions, there are a few key steps you need to complete to fully activate your account. This process ensures that your profile is optimized and that you receive the most relevant submissions.
Step 1: Account Activation
Once you’ve signed up and logged in, your account will remain in an inactive state until you complete the necessary setup.
To activate your account:
1. Verify Your Email – Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm your account.
2. Complete Your Profile – Add key details to make your profile visible to artists and submitters.
Step 2: Fetching Your Discography
Our system will automatically retrieve your full discography, but this process may take some time. To ensure all tracks are correctly displayed:
• If you have a Spotify account, connect it so we can sync your existing releases.
• If your discography is missing tracks, manually add any relevant releases.
⚠️ Note: While this process is running, you may not see all tracks immediately, but they will be updated shortly.
Step 3: Set Your Genre & Language
To get the most relevant placements, make sure your profile reflects your music style:
Go to Profile Settings > Genres.
Select the genre that best represents your music.
Add the language(s) you accept in submissions.
💡 Tip: The more accurate you are, the better our system can match your music with playlists — both for your credit-based submissions and your bonus automatic placements.
Step 4: Activate Your Profile & Start Receiving Placements
Once your profile setup is 100% complete, your account will be activated in the system. From there:
You’ll be able to submit your tracks to playlists using your credits.
You’ll also start receiving 1–5 automatic bonus placements per month, matched according to your selected genre and language.
🔹 Important: You must complete all steps for your account to be fully functional and to get the best results from both submissions and bonus placements.
