🫤 Paid, but saying "Inactive" Plan

If you’re being asked to subscribe again, you’re likely logged into a different account than the one linked to your payment email.

How to Fix This Issue

Follow these steps to regain access to your subscription:

1️⃣ Log Out of Your Current Account


2️⃣ Find Your Payment Confirmation Email

  • Check your inbox for the payment receipt or confirmation email from Stripe.

  • This email was sent to the address you used during your purchase.


3️⃣ Reset Your Password & Log In with the Correct Email

  • Go to PlaylistHub Reset Password to reset your password.

  • If you still have the original activation email from your subscription purchase, use it to log in.


Once you log in with the correct email, your active subscription will be recognized automatically — no need to pay again.
