How to Fix This Issue

2) Find your Payment Confirmation Email
• Check your inbox for the payment receipt or confirmation email from Stripe.
• This email was sent to the address you used for your purchase.
3) Reset Your Password & Log In with the Correct Email
• If you found the correct email, go to https://playlisthub.io/signup?action=resetPassword to reset your password.
• If you still have the activation email from when you purchased your subscription, use it to access your account.
After logging in with the correct email, your active subscription will be recognized automatically, and you won’t need to pay again.
