Why is my song showing as inactive if it’s still on a playlist?

Don’t worry — this usually means the system hasn’t synced yet.

Sometimes, a song may still be live on a playlist even if your PlaylistHub dashboard shows it as “inactive.” This is typically caused by a small delay in the data sync between playlists and the system.

🔄 What this means:

  • Your song might still be active and generating streams.

  • The “inactive” label doesn’t necessarily mean the placement has ended.

✅ What you should do:

👉 Check the actual playlist on Spotify to confirm if your track is still listed.

If it is, everything’s working fine — the dashboard will update soon.

If the song is no longer on the playlist, it likely rotated out during the regular 10-day playlist refresh, which is completely normal.

📌 Tip: Keeping 1 to 3 songs active in your discography helps ensure better rotation and performance.
