📆 When a Playlist Add Appears
When your song is added to a playlist, Spotify doesn’t show that immediately in Spotify for Artists. The dashboard updates once per day with new stats. That means:
➡️ Playlist additions usually show up the next day after Spotify refreshes the data.
If your add happens after the daily update, it may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in your playlist list in Spotify for Artists.
👥 What Listener Count Is Needed
Spotify shows playlists in Spotify for Artists based on real listeners, not total streams.
According to community sources:
✔️ Your track needs at least 3 unique listeners from that playlist before it will show up in the playlist list.
This means:
Even if your song is in the playlist, it might not show in your stats unless at least 3 different listeners played it from there.
Spotify orders the playlists it shows based on how many listeners your track has from each playlist.
