Until December 31st, everything works as normal: credits, campaigns, and all features. If you were on an annual plan, we’ve already processed a refund for any unused subscription time after December 2026 while allowing you to keep all credits already in your account.
After December 31st, 2026, the platform will no longer be publicly accessible, but we're offering extended support through March 1st, 2027. If you have anything unresolved, reach out at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Why is PlaylistHub closing? Together, we ran over 10,000 Meta ad campaigns. When we started, Meta ads were one of the most effective ways to grow on Spotify. Over time, Spotify's own promotion tools became significantly more powerful and accessible, making it increasingly difficult to justify building a separate promotion ecosystem outside the platform itself.
When does PlaylistHub close? The platform remains fully operational until December 31, 2026. After that date, the platform closes but email support continues through March 1, 2027.
What happens to my subscription? All billing has already stopped. You will not be charged again regardless of your plan type. All your credits remain active and usable until December 31, 2026.
I was on a yearly plan. Do I get a refund? Yes. We've already issued a refund for every month unused after December 31st. For example, if your plan renewed in June 2026, you paid for 12 months (June 2026 to June 2027). Since the platform closes December 31st, you were refunded for roughly 6 months (January to June 2027). Your credits remain fully active until December 31st, nothing changes there.
What happens to my credits? All credits remain active and usable across every feature until December 31, 2026. If you still have unused credits after that date, contact us at [email protected] and we will give you private access to launch a Meta campaign or use your credits as you wish.
I cancelled my subscription. Can I still access the platform? Yes. Even if your subscription lapsed or you cancelled, your account and any remaining credits are accessible until December 31, 2026. Reach out via chat or email and we'll restore your access so you can use what you paid for.
I bought credits separately (not as part of a subscription). Can I get a refund? Credit purchases are non-refundable by our terms, and you have until December 31, 2026 to spend them. That said, we handle specific cases on a human level. If you have a reasonable justification, reach out and we'll review it.
Will playlist curator numbers decrease before December 31? Likely yes. As curators learn about the wind-down, some may leave the platform. We recommend redirecting your remaining credits to Meta ad campaigns, the Canvas Video Generator, or the Cover Image Generator. None of those depend on curator participation.
How long will support be available? Email and chat support will be available through March 1, 2027. We are committed to helping every user through this transition.

I am an affiliate. What happens to my pending earnings? All outstanding affiliate balances will be paid in full before December 31, 2026.
